Refund policy
We have a 14-day Return Policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return. If you would like to return or exchange please use our portal which can be found in the footer menu.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, send the item back and we will replace it with the correct size/colour. Please ensure returns/exchanges are sent back within 5 days of being accepted. You may only exchange an item once. Please note if you are returning an already exchanged item this can only be returned for store credit.
Refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Christmas. All eligible items purchased from November will have a 14 day extended exchange period starting from Christmas day.
Swimwear.
Swimwear is non returnable due to hygiene reasons. (Springsuits are eligible for returns)
Clearance items.
Items with 30% or more off the original value are considered clearance items (leaving the range) and are non refundable/returnable.
