• Where we ship: United Kingdom only. 
• Dispatch time: Orders leave us in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excl. bank holidays). You’ll get an order confirmation first, then a shipping email. 
• Tracking: We’ll email a DPD tracking number and link; tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear.
• Not arrived? If it hasn’t shown up within 3 days of your shipping email, email hello@beachbumsup.com with your order number amd we’ll jump right on it. 

All orders made on Beachbumsup.com website are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Potential delays may occur in some exceptional circumstances that are outside of our control, such as postal service problems, weather conditions or government transit restrictions.

Sorry, we don’t ship internationally yet. We’re working on adding it, but it’s not available yet.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your DPD Tracking Number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please drop us an email to hello@beachbumsup.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We have a 14-days Return Policy , which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return, refund or exchange. Please read our Returns Policy  for more informations.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@beachbumsup.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
