for younger Beachbums
Easy to learn and love
Less time learning, more time exploring
Shaped for smaller riders with a balanced fin setup, this board is all about getting little ones feeling confident and independent out
on the water, fast.
That means less time learning the ropes and more time getting out there and making memories as a family.
The easy way to add a little more adventure to their life
Built for smaller riders
We’ve scaled down our full-size boards so little ones can feel confident and in-control from their first paddle.
Get out on the water together
Nothing beats getting out on the water and making memories as a family. (Bonus: there are no screens out on the water.)
Encourage good times
We love seeing the little ones faces light up when they stand for the first time or paddle along side you. Nothing beats it.
Build their self-confidence
Standing for the first time, paddling, getting out there... it all builds confidence and self-reliance for little ones.
Big adventures packed down small
Everything you need for them to get out there in a bag that’s built to fit in any car boot.
Sunshine beats screentime
Leave your phone in the car, grab a hat and soak up some Vitamin D and good vibes as you glide across the glassy water. What’s better than that?

If you share adventures together, you’re already beachbums
Family adventures come in all sizes. Rock pools after school. A paddle around the bay at golden hour. A windy weekend walk for hot chips in the middle of winter.
It’s showing them how to zip a wetsuit. Cheering their first stand-up. Passing a flask of hot chocolate around while the dog shakes seawater everywhere.
Those little moments stack up into the big memories. And that’s what we’re here for.
“My happiest childhood memories are of being out on the water”
“I spent my childhood at the beach and on the water so it was a no-brainer to create versions of our products for the little ones. We absolutely love it when we see whole families in their bright colours out on the water or making memories on the beach.”

FAQ's
Absolutely! It’s a stable all-rounder that’s spot on for beginners but perfect for more seasoned paddlers, too. It’s designed to get set up quickly, track straight and it’s got a grippy deck so you can stay on top of the board (not swimming alongside it). If you’re not sure where to start with paddleboarding, feel free to give us a shout or have a chat with one of the many Beachbums already out there.
Yep! Our adult paddleboards are built to be stable and study enough for two people. Whether that’s another Beachbum, a little paddler or a four-legged friend. Because the only thing that beats getting out there on your board is doing it with your favourite people.
Not really. Most paddleboards are SUPs and all SUPS are paddleboard. SUP sounds fancy and technical but it just stands for Stand Up Paddleboard.
You can paddleboard in a lot of places around the UK but it depends. Some spots are open access and some need permission. It’s always worth checking out the local rules, tides and weather before you head out.
If you’re just starting out, we’d go for somewhere a bit sheltered so you can get back to shore easily. Calm mornings and evenings are usually best and harbours, bays and calm rivers are great for first sessions. But if you’re looking for a once in a lifetime paddle in the UK, you can’t beat a sunset paddle around Durdle Door (which is conveniently right on our doorstep).
Absolutely. We make kid-sized boards that are lighter and easier to handle. Head to the kids range and pick a colour to match.
